QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering and any other related field
- MBA or relevant post graduate qualification will be added advantage
- Minimum of 15 years experience in Relationship Management, either in Banking, Commercial, Telecommunications or Service Industry, out of which 5 years must have been at Senior Managerial Level
- Proven track record ins Development and Implementation of 1st class services
- Must be competent in Strategic Implementation of Relationship and Services Programmes
- High proficiency in the use of IT Packages
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Innovative and forward-looking
- Ability to interact with top level business executives
