ECWA Hospital Egbe, a rural 200-bed hospital located in Kogi State, is in need of a Chief Medical Officer/Medical Director to oversee all medical activities of staff, supervise/train doctors, residents, medical students in family medicine residency program, develop patient care programs and standards for existing/new services, participate in case management and clinical documentation programs, aid in physician/intern recruitment.
You will join a team of professionals to rebuild the hospital as a first rate medical facility.
Qualification:
- FMCGP, FWACP or equivalent fellowship in recognized discipline
- Physician leadership with 10+ years experience in a competitive health care facility
- Familiarity with Family Medicine Residency Program
- Demonstrated competency in exercising executive authority
- Knowledge of medical staff organization and structure
- Outcomes-based quality of care, clinical effectiveness and performance improvement
